Yolande Place City Beach
A BREATH OF FRESH AIR
This home is not only in a prime location with just a short walk to one of Perth’s crystal beaches, it holds a rather special history, the 1962 British Empire and Commonwealth Games Village was home to the athletes.
The clients wanted a space that would grow with their growing family, a place to entertain and a living space filled with natural light. Janik at Dalecki Design opted to design a layout that would open the space and allow the kitchen, living and dining area to seamlessly blend with the alfresco.
The 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home has ample room, functional storage and luxury finishes. The existing rich jarrah floors in the area blends beautifully with the large grey concrete look floor tiles, leading you towards the bedrooms. The master suite is a relaxing private area with a large walk-in-robe, and a light filled built in day bed, perfect for catching the warm morning sun.
This home is a breath of fresh air.
