Meet Our Tradesmen
Our tradesmen are dedicated to achieving a high standard of work, with fine attention to detail and a passion for building quality homes. Our young apprentices, William, Timothy and Scott, work closely with our Director, Alan Mason.
Meet the Kre8 Project Management Team
Alan is the founder of Kre8 Constructions WA and brings over 25 years of building experience. With an ongoing passion for carpentry and an expansive knowledge of the building industry, Alan provides the onsite team with ongoing training and support. This leads them to achieve a high standard of work.

The Kre8 Constructions WA Project Management team is an innovative crew of young, vibrant personalities. Luke, Director & Operations Manager, leads both Bryson and Caitlin to work cohesively towards a common goal.
The team manages the projects from start to finish; from signing the contract to handing over the keys. The team undergoes regular onsite client meetings and provides weekly schedules to ensure clients are kept up to date throughout the build.
Let’s Introduce The Team
Luke is the founder of Kre8 Constructions WA along with his father, Alan. Luke studied a Bachelor of Business (Majoring in Finance) and his passion for the building industry has been passed down generations.
Luke manages all our projects, whilst working cohesively with our clients and providing ongoing support for both our onsite and office staff. He has a passion for providing our clients with a unique experience and building quality homes.

Caitlin is our Assistant Project & Marketing Coordinator, with 6 years’ experience in business administration. She is currently completing a Diploma in Marketing and studying Interior Design.
Caitlin is devoted to maintaining a professional working environment and producing creative marketing; whilst coordinating the projects and clients’ needs throughout the build. Caitlin manages all contracts and client selections, providing our clients with a professional tailored experience.
Bryson is our Site Supervisor. He recently completed an Apprenticeship in Carpentry and became a finalist in the 2018 Western Australian Apprentice Awards.
Bryson has a passion for carpentry and a positive, can-do attitude. Bryson supervises our projects from start to finish; whilst providing innovative ideas and expansive knowledge of the building industry. Bryson undergoes all weekly site checks to ensure work is always kept to a high standard.
